Harris Beach, PLLC together with PEPA's consulting firm, The Louis Berger Group, Inc. ("Louis Berger"), submitted letters with comments and concerns for the Planning Board as it relates to 103-105 Corporate Park Drive's (the "Developer" or "Applicant") proposed plan to construct 421 multifamily residential units on the site.
The focus of both of these letters was to provide the "Planning Board" with comments regarding its recommendation on the Proposed Amendment and what you should recommend to the Town/Village of Harrison Town Board before the Town Board takes any action.
